Conor and I have suddenly realized that we have not one but two daughters--asleep Bea and awake Bea. These two children are as opposite as can be. Asleep Bea cannot keep her eyes open for more than a second. She is very calm and peaceful and more of a doll than a live baby. However, about two days ago, her alter ego began to show up--Awake Bea. Awake Bea is alert and has the biggest eyes you can imagine. She wants to paaaaarty all night long and hang out in her parents arms, listening to stories and looking at pictures. Since hardly any of her visitors have yet to see Beatrice's eyes because up to now she has been sleeping non-stop, I thought I would post these two contrasting pictures of her! As you can see, she is cute as can be either way.
