Beatrice had her first bath on Wednesday. Up until that point, we had only been giving her little sponge baths, which she didn't seem to like too much...So, we were apprehensive about her first "real" bathtime, but much to our relief, Beatrice seemed to love taking a bath (as much as a 2 1/2 week old can love anything). She was very calm the whole time and liked having the warm water poured on her stomach. With her extremely long hands and feet, maybe this foreshadows a future career as a swimmer.
