Beatrice's class had a field trip. Yes, you heard me correctly--her infant classroom had their first field trip last month. Now normally school field trips are a bit chaotic, but try taking eight infants to the mall to see Santa. We waited in line for over an hour at the Greenville mall (the things parents will do for a picture).
One after the next, the babies all were petrified and started to scream when put on Santa's lap, all but Bea. Beatrice laughed and smiled and looked for all the world like a jolly little elf, clad in a leopard-print skirt of course.
